Community workshops

We held two workshops since the last update:

You can view recordings of our workshops on the LIT Blog, and we’ve collected them in a playlist on our YouTube channel. If you want to be notified of upcoming workshops, you can sign up using the form at the top of our workshops blog posts.

Trainings!

This week we kick off our first round of interview-building trainings! This cohort is full, but you can sign up to be notified of future training opportunities.

Software updates

It has been a relatively quiet quarter for software updates, which speaks to the maturity of the AL software components, but here are some notable updates:

  • AssemblyLine
    • The question library now includes complete, up-to-date Spanish translations
    • Digital signatures now include a backwards-compatible /s/ option required by some courts
    • The end-screen send button label and icon can now be customized
  • ALKiln. Michelle has been working on constrained random input tests for easier and more effective interview testing, as well as improved testing logs. Stay tuned!
  • E-filing. In our 2024 Q4 update we shared the news that we hired an e-filing developer, Ary. She has been busy getting oriented and doing the initial work necessary to take our e-filing software components to the next stage of development.

As usual there were a number of maintenance updates. For more detailed release notes, see these links.
